A video done in 2007 by an Italian E-Commerce company called Casaleggio Associati. Even though it was done over three years ago, it’s still quite interesting to watch. COMMENTS folks, discuss this… if you think it’s cool… say so… if you think it’s garbage… say so.
The Google Nexus One is coming soon to Verizon Wireless. How soon exactly? We don’t really know, Verizon has confirmed it will be carrying it, albeit they will be initially selling it online only (so no opportunity to go into the store and play with it first before extending the contract another two years), and Google has on their website that the phone is coming to Verizon Wireless ‘Spring 2010′. The image below of the Nexus One is also a link to the Nexus One webpage. The website looks VERY flat and simple with not much information at first, but then you’ll notice that the phone is interactive and you can see examples of some of the apps and configurations that are possible. I also highly recommend the 3D Tour of the product (link on the right side of their main phone page) and see some of the graphics and animations they have done. I like how they have kept it very basic as far as supporting graphics, but yet the graphic elements are constantly moving, which is very cool. They gave it that ‘flip-book-animation’ style look and feel. Here it is, enjoy… AND COMMENT! ![]()

This is my first graduate school paper at Florida Institute of Technology, which is based on an article originally posted on Entrepreneur’s website. Please note before reading this article that going into this paper, I was firmly against the iPad and did not believe there was any marketability for this product. As you will see, it absolutely has a very stable and growing market waiting for its release on April 3rd. Once again, Apple has amazed me… it was just a VERY delayed reaction.
Please post your reactions and thoughts.

Hey all, I updated the site layout. I will be continuing to make modifications over the course of the next week or so. If you see things you do or do not like, please post and let me know… One new feature is the ability to customize your quick views to your liking… See those widgets on the right side? Drag and drop the order to put things where you want them, don’t like one of the widgets? Minimize it. Let me know how this function works for you, also let me know if the changes you make are sticking when you come back.
Enjoy.

Ok, just watched (sort-of… live-blog) the iPad release. Well, I don’t know really what to say… The only thing announced was the iPad (no iPhone OS4, no Verizon… actually, a reiteration of the AT&T service). This device is basic. This product is just a larger screen version of the iPod Touch, not an iPhone… and iPod Touch (no phone capability) with a slightly more powerful chip, and an eReader App.
I have to say, this was quite possibly the most disappointing thing I’ve seen in a while, as the preceding hype was huge, but the release was immensely anti-climatic.
Buzz Out Loud on CNETTV said it best when they stated that the success of the iPhone and iPod Touch was primarily achieved due to the nice blend between ‘need’ and ‘want’. This product is almost purely a luxary item… a ‘want’ with no ‘need’. This was not game-changing, wasn’t even impressive… In my opinion, this product will go the way of the Apple TV or MacBook Air. Not a massive failure for Apple, but I do feel it will massively under-achieve their expectations.
So all eyes (including mine) are on the Apple ‘Latest Creation’ event at the Yerba Buena Center in San Francisco, CA. Among the potential news at this event? How bout the unveiling of the iSlate (aka MacTablet, iTablet, iAmazing), or the potential announcement of Apple dropping its exclusivity contract with AT&T on the iPhone this summer? Whatever the case, at 1:00 PM EST today we have a chance at seeing the unveiling of something big… and I mean huge, as in game-changing. Well, enough blabber from me, I’ll post my wrap-up thoughts on this event tonight, but until then, tune into engadget.com for a live report from the event. Engadget Live Coverage of the Apple ‘Latest Creation’ event.
So in my random stumblings around the internet, I happened across these pictures… The original Post (along with more pictures of this talented art) can be found here.
So I was curious how different conferences fared in the bowl season, so I created this conference recap. There are a lot of factors that could skew standings one way or the other so I just had a few variables with the different results. No system is perfect, but this isn’t half bad. Ok, So I did a quick little desktop background for Buckeye fans out there. Instructions: Click image to view full-size, right-click and ’save as’, then apply as desktop background and go into settings and set to ‘Tile’. There you go… All I ask is that you please leave comments on whether you like it or not. The more people post, the more backgrounds I will do. Also, if you would like this modified for your favorite school, shoot me an email request.
