A video done in 2007 by an Italian E-Commerce company called Casaleggio Associati. Even though it was done over three years ago, it’s still quite interesting to watch. COMMENTS folks, discuss this… if you think it’s cool… say so… if you think it’s garbage… say so.
So this video has been out there for a while, but many may not have seen it. It is a 3D animation set to music. This first debuted on Animusic’s first DVD, and has seen a reprise (Pipe-Dream 2) on Animusic’s second DVD. If you have not seen some of Animusic’s other works, I highly recommend them. They are also currently in development on a third DVD. If you visit their website, you can see developmental screenshots and sketches of their works in-progress. Stop by, take a look and spread the good word!
So I tend to gravitate towards hidden messages and finite details in end products that are not meant to be seen or noticed by the occasional passer-by, but sought after by the regular visitor or fan. This type of concept inspires me to come up with my own hidden features within my work. How and what are both still very valid, and ultimately unanswered questions.
One example I will give is from my current fascination, the TV show Fringe, which is widely documented to consist of a Plethora of hidden messages, images, riddles, games, etc. within its regularly scheduled broadcast. You will most likely see a recurance of Fringe content on my site, as I find myself gravitating to a multitude of different styles and methods within their production.
The example is this. First is the actual opening credits from Fringe on Fox. Immediately below the embedded video is a screen-grab of a hidden message in the opening credits that has a strong influence on the plot of the overall show.

So I have been hooked on this commercial. Good song, and I really like how the whole commercial was designed. It actually got me thinking about doing a themed party in the 20s/30s Swing style portrayed in the middle.
Looking for feedback and thoughts, so if you like it or not, post comments!
I stumbled across this the other day, and while it seems kinda cool, does anyone really think that this is at all useful to just get an extra 15 minutes or so of battery life? Don’t get me wrong, I’m still going to rush home and try this.
